these models are a bit of a nightmare for me until i take into account my style of painting: rattle can black, dry brush two-three colors, wash... done

They came out looking real nice! Exploring different painting techniques is always a good thing.

I'm a big Adeptus Titanicus fan and alternatig activation (or as we say unit activation) is one of the top 3 reasons for it. Army activation is just a joke... you can destroy your opponents main units or 1/3 of his army in turn 1 shoothing phase... I mean seriously...

Great review and ideas for usage. If you have the Real Color paints in the jar (either original glass or new fomula in plastic) it would be great to see a color comparison as nobody seems to be doing them.

As a viewer I really enjoyed the video so don't worry about it! Just feels bad that maybe it took you guys a long time to set up the table for such a short game and video. But again from viewer, point of view, it's really fun to see a team getting totally pummelled from time to time.

Why are the two gangs fighting? It is pitch black, how do they even know there is another gang out there let alone shooting at them. I like Necromunda but some rules in this new Necromunda just seem a bit off. unless the model has night vision, it would be entirely impossible to see your hand in front of your face never mind the slight frame of an Esher ganger.

My real question is can they be blended easily? I do a lot of blending. Seems like not for how quick it dries. Might just be useful for bold highlights at larger scales.
